Ferry Corsten

He started his career as a musician in 1991, making some hardcore tracks, a genre considered to be born in Rotterdam, his native city. In 1999, under the alias System F, he produced the trance single “Out of the Blue”, gaining a great success and being remixed in the following years by many producers, making it the most trance representative track.

The high point of his success comes with the collaboration with many other popular and international DJs like Tiësto and Armin van Buuren.
In 2008, his first album was released, ‘Twice in A Blue Moon’, appreciated all over the world and presented during the second edition of Full On Ferry, a party that Corsten organizes at Ahoy club in Rotterdam. The first extract single of the album was “Radio Crash”, supported by some of the most important techno/trance DJs in the world (Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond, etc).
The artist presented his work saying that he has a costant need to evolve and to mix his music with something different and new every time.
According to DJ Mag, he is the ninth DJ in the world.
